Robert Bryne, Business Development Executive

Rob Bryne is a dedicated business professional with a background as a career firefighter. His 37 year career in firefighting allowed him to pursue business interests in real estate, property management, new housing development, and property re-zoning and construction projects. Rob is personable and brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, prospecting, leading and closing business deals.

He is a driving force at Canbrella taking business development to new levels by helping to research, identify, develop, propose and close innovative and strategic consulting and creative solutions for our clients.

Rob will gain a solid understanding of your issue(s). He will look at all offerings, competitive advantages, market positioning and the competitive landscape to ensure client needs are at the forefront.
With an established and trusted database of contacts in targeted industries coupled with a strong understanding of real estate, renovations, and property management Rob can meet and exceed your deliverables.
Rob has a proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining business relationships with third party consultants and/or contractors. He works hard at fostering these relationships.
His focus with clients will be to lead meetings and coordinate all on-site meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs). Rob will be able to suggest solutions based upon our offerings and will tailor these offerings to meet the client needs.
Structure, negotiate and execute contracts, in conjunction with finance and legal resources (if required) to build win-win business arrangements. Canbrella has a vested interest in successful outcomes and has a strong financial interest in meeting our client’s business expectations.
Rob is a hands-on consultant, providing constant visibility and transparency to help to bring prospective deals to fruition and ensure client satisfaction.
